How to change a connected WhatsApp number to another one
To change the connected number to another one, follow these steps:
Open the WhatsApp app on your phone
Click on the three dots in the upper right corner - connected devices
Click on the active session and close it
Go to our personal RadistWeb account in the Connections section - WhatsApp Business
The connection must have the status "Scan the QR code in the WhatsApp mobile app" (usually the QR code appears within 15 minutes after the active session is closed)
Click on the "Show QR Code" button and scan this QR code through the WhatsApp mobile app
After successful scanning, the connection status will be "Connected":
