Duplicate Control is a feature that helps you avoid duplicate contacts and transactions in your amoCRM. The system automatically compares new requests with existing records and either warns you or links them to existing ones.
⚠️ Please note: duplicate control is configured separately for each integration!
✅ How to enable duplicate control from Radist.Online
Go to your personal RadistWeb account.
Open the Settings section.
Go to the Integration → Installed tab.
Select the desired integration (for example, WhatsApp or Telegram).
Find and turn on the switch "Control duplicates from Radist.Online".
After enabling it, you can also configure:
New messages in closed transactions ▫️ON — continue the correspondence in an existing closed transaction ▫️ OFF — create a new deal with a new request
⚙️ The "New messages to closed transactions" switch is available only after enabling the basic duplicate control.
🧠 How duplicate control works
Here is the step-by-step logic of how the system works with a new request.:
A new chat is being created or an existing one is being used.
If the chat is already linked to the contact, go straight to step 7.
Search for a contact by phone number (formats 7, +7, 8 are supported).
If it is not found by number, we search by user_id (relevant for Telegram).
If it is not found either by number or by user_id, a new contact is created.

We check for any pending transactions:
If there is, we will use it.
If not, create a new one (with active configuration).
We send a message to the chat.
