How to send a link to a Catalog in Telegram
Your customers can get a direct link to your product catalog without unnecessary actions and long searches.
How to set up:
To get a link to the catalog created in the Radist Web personal account, you need to create a new application in BotFather (@BotFather) in Telegram.
You need to send the /new application command to the bot.
In the next step, you need to select a bot from the list to which the created directory from the Radist Web personal account will be attached.
Next, enter the name that will be displayed in the catalog header.
Then enter a short description of the catalog.
Next, send the image for the catalog cover to the chat with BotFather.
The image size should be 640 by 360 pixels.
You can also attach a gif image of 320 by 180, 640 by 360 or 960 by 540 pixels.
After that, send the link to the created catalog received in the Radist Web personal account.
Finally, write the Latin text that will be displayed in the link to the catalog after the part related to the bot.
If the name is already occupied, repeat the steps until the bot sends a message starting with "You can now use...".
✅🔥 The last link received in the message is a link that can be sent to customers to access the product catalog via Telegram. Copy it and send customers a direct link to the product catalog immediately 😉

How it works:
When you click on the bot's link, a confirmation window will open to launch a web application with a product catalog. If the user clicks OK, a catalog window opens with the option to add items to the cart.
When adding an item to the cart, you can also leave a comment and place an order.
In the Telegram Bot chat with the customer from whose account the order was made, a message will appear with the order details: product, picture, price, quantity and comment.
⚠️ If you do not allow the bot to send reply messages when opening the link to the catalog, it will be impossible to respond to messages with order details received in a chat with a Telegram Bot client.
