We automatically notify customers that their phone is disconnected from the service and they need to scan the QR code to restore integration.
To receive such notifications, go to the "Notifications" section in your personal cabinet (the section is only available to the owner and administrators).
There are 2 messengers available to receive notifications: Telegram and WhatsApp
Restrictions on the number of connected accounts:
WhatsApp - 2 accounts
Telegram - 2 accounts
Notifications in WhatsApp will come from the number 89046761146. You do NOT need to answer them, no one will answer you, as it is not a tech support number.
To connect notifications via Telegram, click on the "Connect" button and a window appears with a QR code that needs to be scanned:

You will be transferred to a Telegram Bot, which you will need to subscribe to in order to receive notifications
After successfully scanning the QR code, either the phone number or the account username will be displayed (if the phone number is hidden in the privacy settings).
By switching the sliders, select which notification you want to activate.
When the status of the switches is changed, the changes are saved immediately, a pop-up “Changes were saved successfully” appears:
When you click on the accent mark in the window of the connected number/account, a window appears confirming the deletion.
Upon confirmation of deletion, the card immediately disappears from the list of connected numbers. The number/account is disconnected from notifications.
Click on the "Connect" button near the WhatsApp window:

In the "Phone number" field, enter the personal phone number to which you want to receive notifications.
Notifications will be sent from the number 89046761146. You do NOT need to answer them, no one will answer you, since this is not a technical support number.
Now it is possible to add a second phone number to receive notifications, as well as choose which type of notification to send to it.

Toggle switch for managing notifications for scheduled mailings. 24 hours before the scheduled mailing is sent, you will receive a notification that you need to check if everything is ready for mailing:
To delete any account/number for notifications, use the trash icon
