# Notifications

We automatically notify customers that their phone is disconnected from the service and they need to scan the QR code to restore integration.

**To receive such notifications, go to the "Notifications" section in your personal cabinet (the section is only available to the owner and administrators).** &#x20;

To connect notifications via Telegram, click on the "Connect" button and a window appears with a QR code that needs to be scanned:&#x20;

You can connect notifications to Telegram in another way: Just copy the link below and open it:&#x20;

You will be transferred to a Telegram Bot, which you will need to subscribe to in order to receive notifications&#x20;

> After successfully scanning the QR code, either the phone number or the account username will be displayed (if the phone number is hidden in the privacy settings).&#x20;

By switching the sliders, select which notification you want to activate.

When the status of the switches is changed, the changes are saved immediately, a pop-up “Changes were saved successfully” appears:&#x20;

When you click on the accent mark in the window of the connected number/account, a window appears confirming the deletion.&#x20;

Upon confirmation of deletion, the card immediately disappears from the list of connected numbers. The number/account is disconnected from notifications.

#### WhatsApp:

Click on the "Connect" button near the WhatsApp window:&#x20;

In the "Phone number" field, enter the personal phone number to which you want to receive notifications.

<mark style="background-color:green;">Notifications will be sent from the number 89046761146. You do NOT need to answer them, no one will answer you, since this is not a technical support number.</mark>

### Email&#x20;

#### How to Connect the Email Channel&#x20;

1. Click the **“Connect”** button in the Notifications section.
2. A form for adding an email address will open.
3. Enter a valid email address.
4. Click **“Add Email Address.”** <br>

#### Managing the Channel&#x20;

After adding the email channel, in its card you can:

* Enable or disable specific types of notifications
* Delete the channel if needed

#### Automatic Settings

* The account owner’s email is automatically subscribed to all notifications except marketing materials.
* All email notifications are sent from: **<notifications@radist.online>**

### Payment Notifications:

Now it is possible to add a second phone number to receive notifications, as well as choose which type of notification to send to it.

### Notifications about scheduled mailings:

Toggle switch for managing notifications for scheduled mailings. 24 hours before the scheduled mailing is sent, you will receive a notification that you need to check if everything is ready for mailing: &#x20;
