# Templates

When communicating with customers through our personal RadistWeb account, it is not necessary to type the same message every time, for example, with a description of a product /service or a greeting message. To do this, you can prepare frequently used response templates in advance and send them to the client, if necessary, directly from our personal RadistWeb account

* WhatsApp Business API, if the dialog is not started, only WABA templates are available for sending: <br>
