When communicating with customers through our personal RadistWeb account, it is not necessary to type the same message every time, for example, with a description of a product /service or a greeting message. To do this, you can prepare frequently used response templates in advance and send them to the client, if necessary, directly from our personal RadistWeb account

If only one template type is available, then the switch between template types is not displayed!
WhatsApp Business API, if the dialog is not started, only WABA templates are available for sending:
WhatsApp Business API, if the dialog is started (the client has responded), all three types of templates are available for sending - “My templates”, “Interactive Templates” and WABA templates:
For gray WhatsApp, only “My templates” are available to send to the chat:
