Goods are added to the catalog that is created in Commerce Manager in Facebook Business Manager* - https://business.facebook.com/commerce/
After that they need to be connected in WhatsApp Manager to the Waba account where you want the catalogs to be available https://business.facebook.com/wa/manage/catalog-linking/?
The third step is to enable the catalogs in RadistWeb and make them available in WhatsApp https://docs.radist.online/docs/our-products/whatsapp-business-api/how-to-set-up-products-catalogs-on-waba
Let's take a closer look at these processes:
First of all you need to create a catalog, for this you can go to Commerce Manager through the menu "hamburger" on the left panel of FBM, or go to the link https://business.facebook.com/commerce/ Fig.1.
If you create a catalog for the first time - you need to click on the button "+add catalog" (Fig.2) If you want to edit an existing catalog - just click on the necessary catalog.
Next, there will be three steps in which you will have to choose the type of catalog - what kind of goods it will be - e-commerce, travel, real estate or auto goods (Fig.3), configure the parameters - where to load the goods from, specify the owner of the catalog and set the name (Fig.4). At the last step the system will offer to go to catalog editing (fig.5)
After clicking on the "View Catalog" button, a page with an overview of catalogs in Commerce Manager will open. To add goods, you need to select "Items" on the left panel and click on the green button in the upper right corner - "Add items" (Fig.6)
In the opened window you need to select the method of adding products. Here we consider adding manually, click the appropriate button and then (Fig.7). How to add items from the list we will consider a little bit below
After the button "Next" the window with adding goods will open - fig.8
One product has already been added at the top, you need to fill in the fields:
image: mandatory field, photo or logo of the product in JPG or PNG format without transparent layer;

site link: mandatory field, link to the product, or to the site itself;
price: mandatory field, final price of the product, currency can be selected;
sale price: if you have a promotion, you can specify a discount for the product, the discounted price will be displayed next to the crossed out original price (Fig.9);
Facebook product category: here you can select the category of your product (musical instruments, electronics and so on). You can leave it blank;
condition: item condition, new, after repair, used, etc;
in stock, whether the item is in stock or needs to be ordered;
status: active or not, may be required if you need to temporarily disable the product in the catalog, for example, temporarily it is not sold;
brand: you can specify the brand of the product, limit 100 characters;
content ID: SKU or other unique identifier, content ID is used to display dynamic ads. If you don't use this technology - you can leave it blank, limit 100 characters.
After filling in the fields, if you need to add the next item - click on the blue button "+new item", to add several items at once - click on the down arrow near the button. When you finish adding goods, click the "Load goods" button in the lower right corner (Fig.10).
After a few seconds, the products will be added and you can proceed to connect this catalog to your WhatsApp Business account.
Go to WhatsApp Manager - either via the "hamburger" menu on the left panel (Fig.11) or via the link https://business.facebook.com/wa/manage/home/
Choose the desired Waba account and on the left panel in the "Account Management Tools" you need to click on "Catalog" and then "select catalog" (Fig.12)
In the drop-down list, select the created catalog and click "connect catalog" (Fig.13)
Directory is added (Fig.14), if necessary you can disable it and add another one. Only one directory can be added to one WhatsApp Business account at a time.
Now you can proceed to connect the directory to a number in RadistWeb: https://docs.radist.online/docs/our-products/whatsapp-business-api/how-to-set-up-products-catalogs-on-waba
