Connecting the integration of TelegramBot to Kommo.com in your Personal Account

To integrate the connection with TelegramBot to Kommo.com, you need:

  1. Go to Settings --> Integrations (the section is available for employees with the role of "Owner" and "Administrator") --> the necessary integration of TelegramBot+Kommo.com in the "Available" section

  2. When you click on the integration in the “Available” section, a window opens with a description of the integration functionality and a button to connect the integration.

  3. Click the “Connect integration” button

    "Connect to Kommo.com " - if your domain is located on Kommo.com

    "Connect to amocrm.ru " - if your domain is located on amocrm.ru

  4. If the cabinet in Kommo.com you are already logged in, then the system will prompt you to select the account to which you want to connect the integration.

  5. Select the desired account Kommo.com and click on "Allow".

    After logging in to Kommo.com or account selection Kommo.com , the integration will be automatically added to the "Installed" category in RadistWeb.

    Integration also remains in the "Available" category, since if necessary, you will be able to connect integration with another domain Kommo.com .

  6. When clicking on the integration "TelegramBot+Kommo.com " from the category of installed integrations, the integration settings window will open.

    Click the "+Add a bot" - Select the bot you want to connect to this account Kommo.com - click "Add"

    After clicking the "Add Bot” button, the “Select bot" field appears. Select the desired bot and save it by clicking the "add" button:

  7. You can also choose your funnel for each Telegram bot and the stage where incoming messages from your customers who write to this bot will fall (screenshot above).

    After you have added the Telegram Bot you need to Kommo.com and you have chosen the right stage and funnel for it, click on "save changes".

⚠️ If the Integration Enabled slider is turned off, a confirmation pop-up will appear when trying to save changes.

When you click on "Enable" in the confirmation window, the changes are saved and the integration is enabled.

When you click on the "Save without enabling" confirmation window, the changes are saved without enabling integration.

For integration to work, don't forget to activate the slider on "Integration enabled"

✅ Done. Now the messages that you receive on your TelegramBot will come in Kommo.com .

How to enable the ability to create an invoice in a transaction when receiving a basket of goods in TelegramBot:

To enable the ability to create an account in a transaction when receiving a basket of goods, it is necessary to go to the Integration section - Installed - TelegramBot+amoCRM in our RadistWeb personal account:

Next, switch the slider "Create an account in a transaction when receiving a basket of goods" to the active one and save the changes:

✅ Done.

In the future, when receiving a cart with goods from a customer in TelegramBot, an invoice with the sent goods will be automatically created in amoCRM in the invoices/purchases section:getting the shopping cart" on active and save changes:

If you close the confirmation window, you will return to the process of making the change.
