The "Connections" section is located in "Settings".
In the "Connections" section, you need to add numbers, terminals, which then need to be connected to the integration in the "Integrations" section.
If you are already connected to the integration, then immediately go to the "Integrations" section to connect the CRM system. All numbers / terminals added to the "Connections" section will be pulled up automatically.
Types of connections:
WhatsApp Business API
WhatsApp Business
Telegram Personal
Telegram Bot
Each connection will have its own status. There are payment/subscription statuses, and integration status statuses.
Integration work status statuses:
▶️ "Connected" - the status means that at the moment the integration of actin. There are no problems.
▶️ "Loading” - This status means that there is a problem with the connected phone number at the moment. You need to check the phone and WA, reboot them.
This status is only for the gray WA where the phone is used.
▶️ “Scan QR code in the WhatsApp app” - This status means that the session in the WhatsApp application has been disconnected and you need to scan the code again.
This status is only for the gray WA where the phone is used.
▶️ “Session completed" - This status means that the session in the Telegram application has ended. It is necessary to re-authorize the telegram application and the RadistWeb personal account through the code.
This status is only for integration with Telegram.
Payment statuses are divided into 4 types (Relevant for all connections):
▶️ “Not paid" means this number has been added to the subscription, but the subscription has not been paid/is not active /has not been renewed.
▶️ “Not subscribed" - the subscription can be paid or not paid, but the number is not in the subscription and not on the test.
▶️ “In subscription" means the subscription is paid/active and working.
▶️ “Test period" - while the connection (number/terminal/group) is on the test (and in the test subscription), it has this status.
⚠️❗️ The action of deleting the connection is irreversible. Please make sure that you agree with the loss of chats, invoices, orders and disabling of store telegrams in Telegram Bot
The Delete button is displayed in the connection card if the employee has the Delete access right in the Connections section.

Connections are deleted in the personal account of RadistWeb in the Settings - Connections section:
Any connection (❗️except WABA) can be deleted via the "Delete" button:
Clicking on the "Delete" button opens a warning window:
❗️All messages will be deleted from your personal cabinet along with the connection.
When you click on "Delete" in the confirmation window, the connection is deleted, the confirmation window closes, and the deleted connection is no longer displayed in the list of connections on the page.
