Phone numbers

settings --> Connections-->Whatsapp Business API

Log in to the RadistWeb or register at the following link: https://radist.online/login

The mechanism is as follows: first you add the number to your RadistWeb cabinet, and then connect it to your Kommo CRM system if necessary.

Add phone numbers

In order to start working with WABA+Kommo CRM integration, you need to add a phone number from WhatsApp Business API on the "Connections" page, and only then connect it to the integration

  1. Go to RadistWeb --> Settings --> Connections--> Whatsapp Business API

  1. In the window that opens, click on the "+Connect" button

  1. A window will open with payment information and the "Login via 360Dialog" button

  1. You will need to authorize in your 360Dialog cabinet, where you will find a subclickable number - the "Log in via 360Dialog" button. The authorization window will open as a "pop up window".

  1. After authorizing in the 360ialog office, a window with number selection will open, in the Numbers drop-down list you need to select your number, tick it and click Add Select, then click Save selection.

The number will be added and displayed in the list of connected numbers on the WhatsApp Business API page in RadistWeb.

Connecting an additional phone number

  1. The additional number is added almost the same way as the first number, via RadistWeb --> Settings --> Connections-->Whatsapp Business API, button "+Add Number" in the upper right hand corner

  1. A window will open with a 360Dialog authorization button and a pop-up window to enter your 360Dialog username and password:

After logging in to your 360Dialog cabinet, you need to either select a number from the Numbers dropdown if the number has already been added, or click on the Add a new number right now link - if the number has not yet been added to Waba. Limits for adding additional numbers depend on the number of paid months:

  • if you pay for 1 month, you can connect only 2 numbers;

  • when paying for 3 months - up to 5 numbers;

  • if you pay for more than 3 months, there will be no limits on adding numbers from our side

Modifications

If there is a need, you can change the name of the number and enable or disable Waba directories, this is done under Edit, you need to go to Settings --> Connections-->Whatsapp Business API and select the number where you want to change the data.

Then click "edit" on the button of the already added number, replace the required parameters and click "Save changes".

Statistics

Clicking on a field with a Phone number displays the statistics for that number.

By default, it displays statistics for the current date, if necessary, you can select the desired time interval and analyze the statistics.

Deleting a number from the "Connections" section

If you want to disconnect the number you need:

  1. It is obligatory to cancel the subscription in the 360Dialog cabinet after that, otherwise the number will continue to be charged for the number https://docs.radist.online/docs/our-products/whatsapp-business-api/how-to-remove-a-number-from-a-subscription-in-360dialog

You can remove your phone number from RadistWeb by contacting technical support. Before doing so, be sure to remove it from your subscription according to the instructions above.

If you remove the number from the Connections section, all chats associated with this number will also be removed from Radist Web.
