Verifying a company on Facebook

To remove the fast registration restrictions, you need to verify (check) the legal entity or individual entrepreneur in Facebook.
Individuals are not allowed to be verified.
Verification of the company takes on average 2-3 weeks.

What you need to verify
1) Full name of the legal entity
2) Facebook Business Manager ID To find the company ID (identifier): https://business.facebook.com/login - Log into your FBM account with your personal FBM login and password. If you don't have FBM, you need to register. Open Company Settings. Click Company Info. Under Business Manager info you will see your ID. Use the screenshot below to find it.
⚠️ Immediately fill in the "Company Name" field in Facebook Business Manager with the Display Name value (the name displayed in your WhatsApp profile). If facebook detects a mismatch between the company name in Facebook Business Manager and the Display Name, the Display Name will not pass moderation. 3) Connected WhatsApp number 4) Domain from CPM system or platform name 5) Company documents. In addition, you must have a website created on a registered (purchased) domain. Pages in VK, Instagram, sites on third-party hosts (bitrix, @yahoo, @gmail) are not accepted. On the site you need to specify the data of your company (name, address, TIN) and verifiable phone number.
Documents for verification
It can be any of the following:
· Trademark or company registration document.
· Certificate of formation of the company.
· Business operating license.
· Permits issued by local, state, departmental or national authority.
· Proof of registration of business taxes or VAT.
· Bank statement of a business account.
· IRS-issued EIN confirmation letter (US only)
For verification you will also need to attach any of the following documents:
· Utility bill such as telephone or electricity
· Bank statements
· Trademark or company registration document.
· Company formation certificate.
· Business operating license.
· Permits issued by local, state, departmental or national authority.
· Proof of registration of business taxes or VAT.
· Bank statement of a business account.
· EIN confirmation letter issued by the IRS (US only)
What is important to know about verification:
1) The company data is checked by the robot in three sources:
FBM account,
company website,
company documents that you attach.
2) The data in all three sources must be the same, right down to the comma, dashes, case, etc.
The company is checked by a robot, and if it detects a discrepancy in a single dot or dash, verification will be denied.
3) The company name (in the Facebook Business Manager profile header) must correspond to the name of the legal person being verified.
The WhatsApp Display Name (the name displayed in the WhatsApp profile) will be automatically generated based on the company name, which will also need to be moderated by facebook. If facebook detects a mismatch between the company name in Facebook Business Manager and the Display Name, the Display Name will not pass moderation.In the next post, we will describe step by step what you need to do.
