Displaying the user's Username in the chat list:
If a contact has the specified tg username, then his username will be displayed in the list under the Telegram Personal and Telegram Bot connection chats. If the tg username is not displayed, the information will be updated automatically the next time you communicate with this contact.
The username of the Telegram account used in the current chat is displayed. The contact's profile contains information about all Telegram accounts linked to your client.
Displaying TG username and user ID in a short chat profile:
If the contact contains information about the Telegram account - username and user ID, then this information will be displayed in the short profile next to the Telegram icon. If the user changes his username, he will be automatically updated in RadistWeb when starting a new active communication with this contact.
Displaying TG username and user ID on the contact page:
If the information about a contact contains the details of his Telegram account — username and user ID — then on the full profile page (in the "Contacts" section) this information will be displayed next to the Telegram icon.
The Telegram Personal connection cards display a button to disclose detailed information. This button is visible to all employees who have access to the "Connections" section.
When using the Telegram Personal connection, you can only view the list of blocked contact chats and unlock them. Blocking is carried out through the "Chats" section — by adding a contact to the "Blacklist".
For Telegram Personal connections, as well as for WhatsApp and WABA, a blacklist display stub has been implemented. It is activated if the connection is not included in the subscription, has not been paid, or if the subscription plan is "Initial".:
If an employee only has the right to view, when opening the connection card, they will only be able to see the names of the contacts of the blocked chats.
If an employee has the right to "Connect — Edit", they will also be shown the "Unblock" buttons next to each contact name.:
