The integration of Radist.Online with Avito allows you to receive and respond to messages from customers directly in your personal RadistWeb account. You no longer need to switch between sites — all dialogues with Avito are collected in one chat window.

What does Avito integration do:
All messages from customers (by ads and personal in profile) are sent to RadistWeb.
Text messages, pictures, and voice messages are supported.
You can block an unwanted user directly from the chat.
Avito Account Requirements
⚠️ Avito Requirement
For integration to work on the Avito side, the "Maximum" tariff must be enabled (with support for the Avito Messenger API) You will be shown an appropriate warning before logging in.
⚠️ If the tariff is insufficient (for example, "Optimal" or "Basic"), messages will not be sent to RadistWeb, and chats will not be displayed.
Billing
Avito connection to RadistWeb is paid.
One "Standard" tariff is available - 2,000 ₽/month for 1 Avito account
You can connect multiple Avito accounts to the same RadistWeb company.
Each account is paid for separately.
