How Avito chats work in RW
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
It is not possible to write to the first client or create new chats with clients using the Avito connection. It is only possible to reply to incoming messages
RadistWeb supports two types of incoming chats from Avito:
1. Ad Chat
The buyer writes from the product or service card.

Features:
The ad card (name, price, link to the ad) is displayed in the chat.
For one Avito client, several ads will be displayed in the chat, depending on which ad the contact responded to.
And in CRM, there will be a separate contact with a separate deal for each ad.
In the chat header is the name of the buyer's profile and his ID in Avito.
2. Private message in profile
The buyer writes directly to your Avito profile (without being linked to the ad).

Features:
The ad card is not attached.
One chat per user.
Repeated messages end up in an existing chat (without duplicates).
In the chat header is the name of the buyer's profile and his ID in Avito.

Supported image formats: jpg, png up to 24 MB.
If an unsupported message type is received (document, video, etc.), a message will be displayed in the chat.:
