# 🆕🔥Cascading messages

🔥 **Cascade** is a function of smart automatic sending of messages to a client through several communication channels. The message is sent along the chain until it is successfully delivered.

If a message could not be delivered in one channel (for example, a contact was not found or an error occurred), the system automatically tries the next channel from the sequence you configured.

**An example of a chain**: WhatsApp → MAX → Telegram.

Thanks to the cascade, you do not lose access and significantly increase the likelihood that the client will see your message. This is an ideal tool for the first touch, allowing you to determine in which channel it is more convenient to conduct further communication with a contact.

#### Main features

* **Smart Chain**: you set the order of the messengers yourself. The system tries to deliver the message one at a time.
* **Working through SalesBot (Kommo.com )**: The cascade is controlled via the widget "Chat Window" in SalesBot.
* **No limits:** the number of cascaded shipments is unlimited.
* **Content**: Sending one message to all channels at once (one at a time)
* **Support**:
  * text messages
  * files (up to 100 MB)
* Using variables (masks) from Kommo.com:
  * client's name
  * telephone
  * email
  * custom fields

### 🆓 Payment

> Cascades are not charged separately

You only pay for connected messengers that are part of the cascade (for example, WhatsApp, Telegram).

**Requirements for getting started**

> ⚠️ The cascade will not work without it .

1. **Connect messengers to RadistWeb**. For the cascade to work properly, you need at least two different messengers (for example, WhatsApp Business and Telegram Personal).
2. **Set up direct integrations** with Kommo for each connected messenger (Telegram + Kommo, WhatsApp Business + Kommo, etc.). In the integration settings, add the connections that will be used in the cascade.
3. [**Install the Chat Window + Kommo integration**](https://docs.radist.online/docs/our-products/radist-web/integrations/the-chat-window-from-radist.online-in-kommo.com) in your Kommo account. This is necessary for the work of SalesBot.
