Important limitations and features

  1. You cannot be the first to write to Avito chats from RadistWeb. You can only reply to incoming messages.

  2. New chats are created only after the user writes to you in Avito.

  3. To receive messages on ads via the API, your Avito profile must be switched to professional (in the Avito settings) and the "Maximum" tariff is enabled, where the use of the Messager API is available.

  4. Reauthorization: If access to the Avito account has expired, you will need to reauthorize via RadistWeb. 5, Chats will be pulled up in the IFrame automatically after successful connection.

  5. Registration on Avito is possible only through Russian numbers +7.

Why only the "Maximum" tariff? Only on this tariff Avito provides access to the Avito Messenger API, which is necessary for receiving messages from ads.

What happens if the tariff is insufficient? Messages will not be sent to RadistWeb, you will not be able to see and respond to them through our interface.

Can I create a group chat? No, Avito does not support group chats.

Do I need access to Avito to follow the link to the chat? Yes, to view unsupported attachments (videos, documents) or calls, you will need to open a chat directly in Avito. To do this, you need to be logged in to Avito in a browser.

Will the old chats be pulled up? Only chats that are active at the time of authorization and new ones that arrive after activation are enabled.
