VK Communities
The integration of Radist.Online with VK Communities allows you to receive and respond to messages from VKontakte users directly in your personal RadistWeb account. Both private messages to the community and group chats with community participation are supported.

What does integration with the VK Community mean
All messages from users (personal and group) are sent to RadistWeb.
Text messages, pictures, stickers, voice messages, files and documents are supported.
Posts, products, videos, and music from VK are displayed as links (with the option to go to VK).
You can block an unwanted user directly from the chat.

Requirements for the VK community
⚠️ Mandatory conditions
Before connecting:
community messages are included in VK
For integration to work, community messages must be enabled in your VK community settings.:
Control → Messages → Community Messages: Enabled
there is an administrator's access to the community
an access key (API token) has been received
Also, in order for the community to be added to group chats, it is necessary:
Enable "Add community to Conversations" in the community settings.
The community must be an administrator in a group chat.
Billing
The VK Community's connection to RadistWeb is free.
There are no restrictions on the number of connected communities.
You can connect multiple VK communities in the same RadistWeb company.
