# Create a chat

In order to write to a new client, with whom there was no chat in RadistWeb yet, you need to click on the "+" icon located above all chats.

 "Sender's phone number" - choose the number through which you want to write to the client. The available numbers are displayed by the names that you yourself have set in the "Connections" section. 

"Receiver's phone number" - prescribe the client's number.

The "Create Chat" button will open a new chat with the option to send a message.

If the chat with the same client number already exists in RadistWeb, you will be prompted to "Open the chat".

If you want to write to an existing client from another connected number, then you can create a chat by clicking on the "arrow" in the chat - "Create chat".

A new chat will be created via a different outgoing number.

Each chat has the name of the outgoing number from which the correspondence is going.
