Disable the bot from integration Kommo.com you can click on the "basket" button in the "Integrations" section.

Disabling the bot from integration does not stop the integration payment!

By clicking the "basket" button and saving changes on the page, the bot will disconnect from integration with Kommo.com , but will remain connected in the RadistWeb Personal Account. This bot can be reconnected to the same account Kommo.com , or switch to another domain Kommo.com .

You can finally remove the bot from your Personal Account in the "Connections" section through our technical support.
