Mailings through the WABA in the Kommo.com

The name amoCRM has changed to Kommo.com
The mailing list in Kommo.com can be done through our widget functionality.

Important points:
mailing can be done in contact lists and deal lists (when displaying deals by funnel statuses, mailing does not work)
distribution for "Buyers" entities does NOT work
the table must contain a column with phone numbers of your customers
the mailing does NOT start a WhatsApp chat, the sent out template message goes as a note and is displayed both in the deal and in the contact
if there are several numbers in the contact card in the "Work phone" field, the newsletter will go to ALL numbers
if there are several individual contacts in a deal the mailing will go to the MAIN contact (the one that is above all the others)
if the client's number is not registered on WhatsApp, the template message will be sent but will not be delivered. There is no charge for this. There is no possibility to track statistics on delivered/undelivered messages.
if in lists of contacts or deals you select with one tick all contacts or deals, the number of contacts or deals displayed on this page (50, 100, 150, 200) is actually selected. (Kommo.com displays the wrong total number).
