Acceptance of the MM Lite (Marketing Messaging API) Agreement

To upgrade to MM Lite, you need to accept the agreement. There are several ways to do this. Choose the one that's most convenient for you.

Acceptance of the agreement by link

The easiest way to accept the MM Lite agreement is to follow this link:

A window will open accepting MM Lite.

Click "Continue with Facebook*." A pop-up window will appear asking you to log in to Facebook* if you're already logged in. If you're already logged in, you'll be asked to confirm your selected account. Here, you'll need to enter the login and password for your Facebook* account, which is linked to your company's BABA number.

If you are already logged in, you need to check if this is the right account.

Next, in all windows you need to click "Next"

By clicking "Finish" it will close and a message will appear stating that the agreement has been accepted.

Accepting the agreement in your 360Dialog account

Here's how to access it in the 360Dialog cabinet https://app.360dialog.io/login/ in its main pages Please see detailed information regarding the availability of MM Lite.

You need to click "Accept the MM API terms"

You will need to log in to Facebook*, another window with authorization will open

Here you need to enter the login and password of your Facebook account*, which is connected to your company with a WABA number.

If you are already logged in, you need to check if this is the right account.

The system will provide information about MM Lite, what data will be transferred, the account link, and ask you to confirm the decision. Click "Continue" in all cases.

After this, the message about accepting MM Lite will disappear from the main page.

Accepting the Agreement in Facebook Business Manager

You can also accept agreements in Facebook* Business Manager - WhatsApp Manager https://business.facebook.com/latest/whatsapp_manager/

You'll see a pop-up that says "You can deliver 9% more marketing messages than with Cloud API." Click "Accept the Terms to get started."

Follow the steps to finish signing the MM API Terms of Service for all eligible WABAs in the account.
