🆕🔥How to recalculate or transfer subscriptions

The functionality of automatic recalculation and transfer of subscriptions has been added to RadistWebarrow-up-right. Now you can do it yourself:

  • change the subscription plan;

  • change the subscription size (number of paid numbers);

  • transfer funds between subscriptions.

All changes are performed with automatic recalculation of the expiration date.


Where is the functionality located

Section: Subscriptions

The buttons are available in the expanded paid subscription card.:

  • "Change" — to change the tariff

  • "Edit" — to change the number of rooms

The functionality is also available in the mobile version.


1. Changing the subscription rate

How to change the pricing plan

  1. Go to the Subscriptions section.

  2. Open the required subscription.

  3. Click the "Change" button next to the current fare.

  4. Select a new pricing plan.

  5. Read the notice about the recalculation of the deadline.

  6. Click "Save".

What happens after the tariff change

The system is automatic:

  • the pricing plan will change;

  • recalculates the subscription period;

  • it will show the new deadline until confirmation.

After confirmation, the subscription card will be updated.

⚠️ Additionally, you do not need to save changes to the card — they are applied immediately after clicking the button in the form.

Limitations

  • You can only change the tariff for a paid active subscription.

  • Free subscriptions are not editable.

  • If the subscription is not paid for, the button will be inactive.


2. Changing the subscription size (number of rooms)

The subscription size is the number of paid rooms.

How to change the size

  1. Open a subscription in the Subscriptions section.

  2. Click the "Change" button next to the number of rooms.

  3. Use the +/− buttons to increase or decrease the number.

  4. Select the recalculation option (if you are reducing the size).

  5. Confirm the changes.


If you increase the number of rooms

The system will automatically

  • increase the subscription size;

  • recalculates the validity period;

  • it will show the new deadline for saving.


If you reduce the number of rooms

When the funds are reduced, they are released. You will be asked to choose:

Option 1 — Recalculate the current subscription period

The funds remain in the subscription, the term is recalculated automatically.

Option 2 — Transfer funds to another subscription

Select the recipient subscription (required field).

After the transfer:

  • the current subscription size will change;

  • the selected subscription will have an extended validity period.

If you do not select a recipient subscription, the system will not allow you to save the changes.


Restrictions on resizing

  • You cannot reduce the number of rooms below the current number "In subscription".

  • To reduce the limit, first disable the extra numbers.

  • The change is only available for paid subscriptions.

  • Free subscriptions are not editable.


Important nuances

1. Transfer to a subscription with a size of 0

If funds are transferred to a subscription with a size of 0, the system will automatically set the size to 1 so that the transfer is possible.

2. If the account was created before the parameters were changed

If you pay the old invoice after recalculation or transfer, the payment will be considered erroneous. In this case, you will need to make a refund.

3. Transfer to a subscription during the trial period

If funds are transferred to a subscription during the test:

  • the trial period will be extended;

  • the status will change to "Paid".

4. Discounts

Discounts for the number of rooms are not applied at the initial rate and are not taken into account in the recalculation.


Access restrictions

The "Change" and "Edit" buttons:

  • available only to employees with subscription editing rights;

  • inactive if the subscription is not paid for;

  • they are not available for partner clients (in this case, the change is made through the partner).

  • the text of the displayed notification.
