Когда отправляется ваба-шаблон из сделки руками, то поля в шаблоне тоже заполняются руками.

## Как заполнить поле в чат-боте?

Вначале вам нужно выбрать нужный шаблон и нажать "Открыть шаблон"

На следующем окне, при настройке ваба-шаблона в чат-боте, вы можете выбрать нужное поле сделки/контакта/компании и подставить его маску в поле.&#x20;

Такой настроенный бот будет подтягивать автоматически значение нужного поля в ваба-шаблон.
