Tags
Working with tags in your Radist.Online personal cabinet: create a tag with a name, description, and color, preview it, edit it, and delete it with confirmation from Settings.
Settings –> Tags (the section is NOT available for employees with the “Manager” role)

Create tag
- Go to Settings - Tags - Click “Create Tag”.
- This will open a window for creating a tag.
Fill in:
- tag name (maximum 15 characters)
- description (up to 256 characters, if desired)
- tag color
- There is a preview of the tag.
If you like it, click “Create tag”.
- The created tag will appear in the list of all tags.
- The tag can be edited.
Delete a tag
In Settings — Tags, hover over the tag you need and click the delete button (trash icon) to the right of it.
The “Delete tag” window will open. It contains a warning: the tag will be removed from your contacts and cannot be restored, and if there are scheduled broadcasts that use this tag to filter recipients, those broadcasts will not be sent.
Click “Delete” to confirm, or “Cancel” to close the window without deleting.
- After deletion, the tag disappears from the list of tags, as well as from your contacts — in the “Contacts” section and in the contact’s short profile in “Chats”.
- A deleted tag cannot be restored.
- Scheduled broadcasts that used the deleted tag to filter recipients will not be sent and will get the “Error” status.
- On the page of an already sent broadcast, the deleted tag is replaced with a grey “Deleted” label.
