Messenger button for your site

A “Message us” button for your website: a window with WhatsApp, Telegram and MAX plus QR codes. Fill in the builder and paste the ready-made code into your site.

A visitor clicks the “Message us” button on your site and picks whichever messenger suits them — WhatsApp, Telegram or MAX. On a computer they click the button they need; on a phone they scan a QR code and land straight in a chat with you.

The enquiries arrive in Radist.Online as usual — there is nothing extra to set up.

What to put in the fields

• WhatsApp — the number you receive messages on: digits only, with the country code and no plus sign, for example 12025550123.
• Telegram and MAX — the username or bot name. You don’t have to strip the “@” or cut down a full link, the extra part is removed automatically.
• First message text — optional. It is prefilled in the input box when a client clicks the button on a computer, so you can tell straight away which page the enquiry came from.
• Consent text and link — point the link at your own personal data processing policy.

A channel you don’t need can be switched off with a checkbox — its button and QR code then don’t appear.

How to add the code to your site

1. Click “Copy the code” in the builder.
2. Tilda: open the page → “Add block” → “Other” → the T123 “HTML code” block → paste the code and save. The block can sit right at the bottom of the page — the window still opens on top of everything else.
3. Your own site or another builder: paste the code before the closing </body> tag, or into an “HTML embed” block.
4. To have your own button or image open the window, set its “Link” field to #messenger. You can have as many such buttons on a page as you like.
5. Publish the page and check the result from a computer and from a phone.

Frequently asked questions

Does anything else need installing on the site? No. The images and QR codes sit inside the code itself; no external files are loaded.

Why doesn’t the first message text go into the QR code? The extra text sharply increases the number of dots in the code, and it stops scanning from a screen. So only the chat link is embedded in the QR code, while the text is prefilled when the button is clicked on a computer.

What does a client see on a phone? The QR codes are hidden — they are not needed there — and the buttons open the app straight away. The caption above the buttons for phones is set in its own field.
