How to reinstall Telegram integration Bot+Kommo.com
Step-by-step guide to reinstall the Telegram integration with Kommo.com when messages stop reaching your CRM. Reconnect via the admin account in minutes.
In case the messages have stopped coming to Kommo.com , and they come to our RadistWeb personal account, you need to reinstall the integration.
Follow these steps:
Go to Settings –> Integrations (the section is available for employees with the role of “Owner” and “Administrator”) –> necessary integration TelegramBot+Kommo.com in the “Available” section

Click the “Connect integration" button
“Connect to Kommo.com " - if your domain is located on Kommo.com
“Connect to amocrm.ru " - if your domain is located on amocrm.ru
If the cabinet in Kommo.com you are already logged in, then the system will prompt you to select the account to which you want to connect the integration. If not, you need to log in

The page will refresh.
