# Cómo conectar Telegram Bot en RadistWeb

Para conectar Telegram Bot en la cuenta personal de RadistWeb, debe ir a la sección "Conexiones" y seleccionar "Telegram Bot" allí

Ingrese el nombre de la conexión (cualquiera) y el token del bot (cómo crear un bot y obtener el token, instrucciones en la página):

**¿Cómo crear un bot en Telegram y dónde encontrar el Token?**&#x20;

1. Abre @BotFather en Telegram y haz clic en"start"
2. &#x20;Crea un nuevo bot enviando un texto / newbot&#x20;
3. BotFather le pedirá que invente un nombre y un nombre de usuario para el bot (el nombre de usuario debe terminar en bot o \_bot)&#x20;
4. BotFather enviará token (ejemplo: 1265805111:AAFbgplbx0LtiADh8w2-VEUOaG9sabybX0c)

Al hacer clic en Conectar, aparecerá la notificación "bot conectado correctamente" y la conexión aparecerá en la página en el bloque se colocan:

* nombre de la conexión

* usuario del bot (no se puede cambiar, se establece cuando se crea un bot en BotFather

* número de conexión

* estado (conexión)

  al hacer clic en él, se abrirá una página para editar el bot, puede cambiar el nombre de la conexión y / o actualizar el token (también es necesario actualizar el token en botfather)

### Trabajar con los chats de telegramas-bot

La diferencia entre Telegram Bot y otras conexiones: no se puede iniciar un chat desde las conexiones de Telegram Bot. Al intentar crear un chat, la conexión de Telegram Bot simplemente no se mostrará en los disponibles.&#x20;

Los chats en RadistWeb aparecerán por sí mismos, a medida que lleguen los mensajes de los clientes en el bot.&#x20;

Además, en los chats con Telegram Bot no se muestra el número de contacto

1. Si ha bloqueado el pago de suscripciones y los límites están cerrados, entonces no podrá conectar Telegram Bot también (aparecerá un mensaje de que debe ponerse en contacto con el soporte técnico para aumentar el límite)
